Team player who has learnt the value of working within a group dynamic to deliver results but experienced enough to work on tasks individually when called for. Willing to commute or relocate where necessary and can travel to race events as required.

Currently working part-time most race weekends with EDF Motorsports (Fun Cup & British Endurance) and Kevin Mills Racing (GB4).

• Number 2 mechanic for 4 day race series involving 2 cars
• Loading and unloading cars, garage setup and clear down post event
• Race car preparation, engine and gearbox change, race start procedures and setup
• Lap time analysis and all aspects of race weekend

• Number 2 or 3 mechanic for 2 day race weekends involving 2 cars

• Number 2 or 3 mechanic for 2 day race weekends involving 2 cars

Ferrari F355 Challenge, MG ZR and Honda Civic Type R (EP3) race cars

• Junior mechanic for multiple race days involving up to 4 cars
• Loading and unloading cars, garage setup and clear down post event
• Race car preparation, tyre pressures, race start procedures and setup

Dallara F301

• Completed full test day as well as car preparation at workshop
• Involved with fuelling, tyre changes, flat patch car setup and weighing, loading and unloading race truck, stringline setup and car cleaning

Modified 2012 Formula Ford Ecoboost

• Number 2 mechanic at full race day with multiple runs and setup
• Involved with tyre scraping, tyre changes, fault diagnosis and repair, analysing data and changing setups

• Proficient with industry standard mechanic’s tools and equipment (know my way around a garage)
• Knowledge of Life ECU tuning software to gain insight and improve vehicle optimisation
• Experience in magnetic particle crack checking for fault identification
• Understanding of car preparation using stringline, flat patch and corner weight scales
• Keen aptitude for and experience of changing gearbox ratio to improve car performance
• Attendance at multiple race meetings and tests from garage setup to race prep through to debriefing and pack up

• Accomplished communication skills, both written and verbal, developed through my time at school, college and work
• Ability to take the initiative and work well under pressure, ensuring strict deadlines are met, a skill I plan to refine on any job I take on

• IT literate, highly competent with a range of computers and devices
• Proficiency in all areas of Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams
• Familiarity with both Apple iOS, macOS & Windows operating systems
